Experience the colorful heart of the Netherlands. This short and sweet route takes you through the world-famous tulip fields. Best traveled in late April/early May. It includes the Keukenhof area and stretches along the coast from Haarlem to Leiden. Flat, scenic, and smells like spring.
A unique 310km journey across the massive storm surge barriers of Zeeland. This route connects 13 impressive delta works, including the Oosterscheldekering. You'll drive over dams and bridges with the North Sea on one side and calm estuaries on the other. It's essentially flat but exposed to high winds. Perfect for bird watching, exploring fishing villages, and feeling the power of the sea.
Deep forests, purple heathlands, and shifting sand dunes in the heart of the Netherlands. This route takes you through the Hoge Veluwe National Park. It's the most 'hilly' you'll get in the Netherlands (gentle rolling slopes). Visit the Kröller-Müller Museum for its Van Gogh collection. A masterpiece of engineering and nature. This route takes you over the famous 32km long Afsluitdijk, a dam that separated the Zuiderzee from the North Sea. Extremely flat and iconic for any Dutch road trip.
